The website passes the completed enquiry through Formspree to elenelgetaways@notjusttravel.com and records it in Elenel Getaways’ HubSpot CRM. Private copies are retained in those systems so the enquiry can be reviewed and managed. You can review, change or abandon the form before sending.
Information used by this website
The current website does not create customer accounts, process payments, run mailing lists or use advertising tools. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”; the cookie policy explains what it records and how to change your choice.
Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure needed to deliver the pages may process limited technical request information for security and reliable operation. The site also loads licensed editorial images from Unsplash’s image service, which receives the technical information required to supply those images.
Your questionnaires
Holiday, cruise and ski questionnaire answers, progress and recommendation reports are stored only in this browser on this device while you explore. They are not sent to Elenel merely because you complete a questionnaire.
If you choose to use a report in an enquiry, a copy is placed into the enquiry form on the same device. You can review, edit or remove it before sending. Once you send the form, the included copy becomes part of the enquiry described below.
Website enquiries, Formspree and HubSpot
The information requested is limited to what is useful for responding to your enquiry: identity and contact information, travel preferences, intended dates, traveller details, approximate budget and practical priorities you choose to disclose.
Formspree processes the submission, filters spam, stores a copy in Elenel’s private Formspree account and sends a notification to Elenel’s Not Just Travel email account. The same enquiry is recorded in Elenel’s HubSpot CRM so the conversation and any follow-up can be managed consistently. This does not make you a marketing contact or subscribe you to promotional messages.

The enquiry may then be used to respond to your request, develop suitable options and, where necessary, check arrangements with relevant travel suppliers.
Sensitive information
Do not include medical, health or other sensitive personal information in the website form or an attached questionnaire report. You may simply say that you have particular requirements to discuss. Elenel can then arrange an appropriate direct conversation and, where necessary, use a separate explicit-consent process.
Not Just Travel privacy notice
When Not Just Travel handles an enquiry or booking, its current privacy notice explains the personal information it uses, the legal bases, sharing with travel suppliers, international transfers, retention, marketing choices and individual rights.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent from certain processing. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.
Not Just Travel’s current privacy notice gives its Data Protection Manager’s contact details. You may also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk .
How long enquiry information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, develop requested travel arrangements, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Copies that are no longer needed can be deleted from Formspree, HubSpot and relevant business systems.
Changes to this policy
This page will be revised whenever the website’s actual data use changes. Any analytics, marketing tool or other new third-party service will be assessed and disclosed before use.
If anything here conflicts with the terms supplied with a particular quote or booking, the booking-specific supplier terms and the current official Not Just Travel booking terms take precedence.
